The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of two major sporting infrastructure projects within the Ipswich Local Government Area:
INF05094 – Tivoli Sporting Complex Upgrade
Expansion of an existing citywide sports facility, including new rugby fields, lighting, irrigation, car parking, and supporting infrastructure.
INF05095 – Redbank Plains Recreation Reserve New Sports Facility
Development of a new regional sports hub featuring rugby and cricket fields, lighting, irrigation, car parking, and future-ready services.
