Redland City Council (Council) is undertaking a strategic procurement for the provision of Residual Waste Disposal Services (the Services). The Services include the receipt and disposal of general waste collected via the kerbside waste collection service, and general waste and asbestos received at Recycling and Waste Centres (RaWC). The services may also include disposal or recycling of clean concrete and bricks, clean earthen fill, construction timber, and road sweeper material including Hazardous material.
Redland City Council is exploring all options for the recycling of Waste across the Redlands district and there is no expectation that one or potentially multiple agreements could result from this Tender.
Responses from providers who can assist Redland City Council in continuing to reduce the annual amount of Waste delivered to Landfill would be highly advantageous.
