Mechanical & Electrical Services Inclusive of HVAC&R - Design, Supply, Installation, and Scheduled/Reactive Maintenance – Preferred Supplier Arrangement
The City of Moreton Bay (Council) provides prospective tenderers with an advance tender notice of its intent to invite Tenders to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for Mechanical & Electrical Services Inclusive of HVAC&R - Design, Supply, Installation, and Scheduled/Reactive Maintenance.
Moreton Bay City Council requires these Services, to support the operational needs of the city.
The PSA would consist of a Multiple Panel Arrangement:
• Category One; for Design, Supply, Installation of New Mechanical & Electrical Services Inclusive of HVAC&R (intended for project works), and
• Category Two; for Preventative Maintenance, Servicing and Repair of HVAC&R Systems and Equipment in Council’s buildings and facilities.
The purpose of this Vendor Panel (VP) event is an Advertisement only. There is no need to provide a response to this VP event or register your interest. For clarity a Close Date and Expected Decision Date are only listed due to being mandatory VP fields.
TENDER DETAILS
Council anticipates the Tender opportunity will be issued by a Request for Tender via tender site in December 2025.
Council will not accept any Tender submissions in response to this Advance Tender Notice.
