T2025-26.5 - RPQS for Plant Hire, Trade Services and Material Supply Refresh
Boulia Shire Council seeks to update its existing Register of Prequalified Suppliers for the supply of Plant Hire, Trade Services and Materials Supply.
Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process.
This Invitation to Tender has been prepared by Peak Services on behalf of Boulia Shire Council.
Requirements include;
Category 1 - Plant Hire - wet and dry hire of plant and equipment for jobs within the Shire of Boulia as and when required. The plant and equipment will generally be required to work on road construction and maintenance in the Boulia Shire under the direction of Council officers.
Category 2 - Trade Services will be at hourly rate for Trade Service works as required. Trades will be required to work on a variety of Council buildings or sites under the direction of Council officers.
Category 3 – Supply of Materials - include Domestic products, construction materials, chemicals including Telecommunications and IT Hardware and software
