500.2025.0076 - Build Whitsundays Regional Water & Sewer Network Upgrade REOI
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is requesting expressions of interest from contractors/suppliers (Respondents) to delivery three projects in the Whitsunday Region.
The projects deliver infrastructure upgrades to Whitsunday Regional Council’s water and sewer networks. The works on all three projects will commence in 2026 and must be completed by the 30th of June 2028. Further details are set out in Schedule 1 – Project Objectives of the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) Document.
Please note: Schedule 1 - The Project Objectives is an indicative summary of the proposed projects and final alignments are subject to change.
These projects are being funded by the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning under the Residential Activation Fund (Construction) and all works being completed are bound by the principles of the Queensland Charter of Local Content.
