Steam Clean Carpet Flooring

Scope:
Council is seeking the services of an experienced and insured carpet cleaner to undertake professional steam cleaning of carpet flooring in the following Council Facilities.
• BSC Main Administration Building, 62 Valentines Plains Road Biloela – approximately 3200m2.
• BSC Training Building, 64 Valentine Plains Road Biloela – approximately 355m2.
• Biloela Library Facility, Corner of Grevillea St & Melton St Biloela – Approximately 835m2.
• Moura Library, Corner Gillespie St and Dawson Highway, Moura – Approximately 240m2
• Taroom Library, 24 Yaldwyn Street, Taroom – Approximately 223m2
• Taroom Town Hall, 20 Yaldwyn Street, Taroom – Approximately 180m2
• Taroom Administration Office, 18 Yaldwyn Street, Taroom – Approximately 300m2
Please provide a quote ‘per site’. If you are not able to complete the whole portfolio, Council welcomes quotation for any number of the facilities. Please ensure this is clearly noted on your quotation.
Timeframe: We prefer works to be completed on:
• a Friday evening after 5pm; or
• on a weekend; or
• over our Christmas closure period (25th December 2025 to 1st January 2026 inclusive)
This is to ensure your work can be conducted freely without interruption.
Works Include:
1. Spot cleaning pre-vacuum and moving minor furniture items (such as chairs) where applicable (Councils cleaners will have already conducted normal daily vacuum and Council staff will ensure as much furniture as possible has been lifted off the floor).
2. Steam clean all carpeted areas across the sites.
Water and power can be accessed on all sites.
