Scope:
Banana Shire Council is seeking to engage a contractor to conduct roofing repairs/alterations to the existing PCYC roof.
The successful contractor will also be responsible for the engagement of a qualified roof safety point specialist to install suitable permanent safety anchor points across the roof structure prior to roof repairs.
1. Supply quotation from qualified roof safety point specialist to put suitable permanent safety anchor points across the roof structure
2. Supply costings for the following items-
• Supply and install dry pan flashing around all 13 evaporative units
• Supply and install all new laser light sheeting and safety mesh in existing areas ensuring the laser light sheeting meets Aust Standards
• Replace the entire ridge capping with Straflo ventridge 600mm off white
• Check existing screws and replace if required.
All works to meet relevant Australian Standards and Building Codes.
