500.2025.0075. Dingo Beach & Collinsville Cemetery Amenities Blocks.
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is seeking a suitably experienced, qualified and licensed Contractor to Design, Manufacture and Deliver two (2) modular amenity blocks at two of Council’s Sites (Works).
The Works package includes the following locations, with the requirements for each site detailed in Clause 2.1 of the Request for Tender Schedule 1 - Specification:
a) Dingo Beach Foreshore Amenities Block – Deicke Crescent, Dingo Beach Qld 4800; and
b) Collinsville Cemetery Amenity Block – Scottsville Road, Collinsville Qld 4804.
The Works will include the design, construction and delivery of the new amenity blocks including all disabled access requirements as described in the Australian Standards (AS) (including, but not limited to, new walkways & handrails to the exiting amenity blocks if required).
The Works are to commence in February 2026 and be completed by the end of May 2026.
