MBCC561 - Mechanical & Electrical Services Inclusive of HVAC&R - PSA
The Principal seeks to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) comprising suitably qualified suppliers and contractors who may be invited to quote on future HVAC&R capital works projects, as well as engage a suitably experienced contractor for the ongoing servicing and maintenance of HVAC&R systems and ancillary equipment.
Moreton Bay City Council requires these Services, to support the operational needs of the city.
The PSA will consist of multiple panel arrangements:
Category One:
New Mechanical & Electrical Services, inclusive of HVAC&R design, supply, and installation (intended for project works).
Category Two:
Scheduled and Reactive Maintenance of HVAC&R Systems & Equipment.
(Intended to provide ongoing maintenance services for HVAC&R systems and ancillary equipment in Council’s buildings and facilities)
