Council is seeking a security partner (The partner) to work collaboratively with the Security Specialist to support and uplift the organisation’s cybersecurity program. This is not a fully managed service, but a resource augmentation arrangement to provide advice, hands-on support, and overflow coverage where required.
The partner will assist across a range of security activities including risk management, incident response, governance, project support, technical reviews, and security awareness. A key focus is working alongside internal staff to build capability, provide guidance, and help mature the program in a sustainable way.
The engagement will be delivered preferably via a block-hours model, with the ability to draw down hours as needed and purchase additional hours to meet demand. Council is aiming for a flexible, trusted partnership that supports delivery of outcomes.
