Business Facade Improvements
The purpose of this grant is to stimulate investment and encourage visual improvements to business façades, signage, outdoor dining areas, and accessibility features. By supporting upgrades that make individual businesses more appealing, the program aims to uplift the entire precinct, promote local pride, and encourage residents to shop locally keeping more money in the local economy.
Who can apply?
• Property owners or tenants (with property owner’s written consent) of small to medium enterprises (SMEs).
• Businesses with a physical shopfront and display windows, open to and trading with the public.
How much funding is available?
• Grants between $2001- $5,000 (excluding GST) on 50% matched funding basis with applicant
• Grants up to a maximum of $2000 (excluding GST) no matched funding required
Project activity must occur between 30 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
