Customer Experience Grant
The Customer Experience Grant aims to support local businesses in delivering a range of new activities that attract new customers, increase foot traffic, and encourage residents to shop locally keeping more dollars in the local economy.
Who can apply?
Tenants of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a physical shopfront open to and trading with customers.
How much funding is available?
Funding up to a maximum of $2,000 (excluding GST) per project.
Project activity must take place between 30 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.
