Alexandrina Council invites tenders from Respondents for the Renewal of Jetties at Woodrow Drive & Lake Road, Milang, SA. The area(s) to be serviced are Jetties, 1, 2 & 3 Woodrow Drive, Milang & Jetties 1 & 2 Lake Road, Milang.
A condition assessment has been conducted on all jetties with reports produced that identify and recommend remedial works are to be carried out. Tenderers are to work through the reports and assess the works on site to determine quantities, validate findings, and identify best practice in achieving a renewed asset with maximised life span.
Council’s aim is to provide jetties suitable for community use and mooring of vessels as required.
The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained in Section D of the RFT documentation, with supporting documentation provided by TMK Consulting Engineers.
Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Respondent.
