RFT000019 - New Toilet Facilities (AC057495)
Alexandrina Council invites tenders from Respondents for the construction of new toilet facilities at the three (3) locations as detailed below:
1. 35 Goolwa Road, Middleton (Behind the Middleton Arts Hall)
2. Chiton Carpark, Sixth Ave, Chiton Rocks (Near Surf Club)
3. Strathalbyn Cemetery, 63 Parker Avenue, Strathalbyn
Works will include:
• demolition of the existing toilets at Middleton & Chiton Rocks
• construction of new toilet facilities at Middleton, Chiton Rocks, & Strathalbyn.
• construction of new car park spaces at Chiton Rocks.
• connected of new toilets at Middleton and Chiton Rocks to existing septic systems
• and new septic and connection to the local localised gravity drain at new Strathalbyn facility.
The contractor must allow to provide full design and construction services, in accordance with specifications provided in Section D of the RFT documentation.
The budget is $1.0M (One Million) (Ex GST) for all three sites inclusive.
The Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
