Alexandrina Council invites tenders from Respondents for the design & construction of the Council Office Outdoor Area, Cadell St, Goolwa.
The intent is to activate the area to be an indoor/outdoor space for staff to utilise during breaks as well as provide the opportunity to hold minor meetings and work in an indoor/outdoor environment, linking the kitchen to the outdoor area.
Council has had a set of aspirational drawings and engineering prepared as a basis for the desirable outcome of the project.
Council is seeking design and construct options from tenderers that meet a similar outcome potentially utilising alternative construction methodologies and design to meet the project’s finite budget. Consideration of the submission will be around the achievement of the desirable outcomes.
Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Tenderer.
