Ground Lease – Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility

Port Augusta City Council are inviting members of the community to submit an application to be considered for a ground lease for Stable no. 7 within the Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility on Prosser Street.
The current tenant will be relinquishing their lease of Stable no. 7 back to the Port Augusta City Council from such date that Council secures a new tenant for the facility. The current tenant also wishes to sell their infrastructure on the facility to the new tenant, which consists of the following:
2 stables – fully undercover
2 stables – half stable and half open yard area
Wash down tie up bay
1 feed shed with power
1 tack shed with power
2 access gates
Water connection with SA Water
Lighting for stables
