Ground Lease – Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility

Port Augusta City Council are inviting members of the community to submit an application to be considered for a ground lease for Stable no. 8 within the Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility on Prosser Street.
The current tenant will be relinquishing their lease of Stable no. 8 back to the Port Augusta City Council from such date that Council secures a new tenant for the facility. The current tenant also wishes to sell their infrastructure on the facility to the new tenant, which consists of the following:
Round yard with shelter
1 Access gate
