CTTG104 (CTTG058068). Council seeks a suitably qualified Contractor to deliver the security services detailed below. Council acknowledges that a single Tenderer may not be able to meet all tender requirements. Council strongly supports Tenderers engaging one or multiple subcontractors to ensure they are able to meet all tender requirements. Tenderers are to be aware that a partial solution will not be accepted.
- Static guarding
- Scheduled and unscheduled security patrols (inclusive of building lockups)
- Opening / closing of boom gates, gates and public toilets
- Cash-in-transit operations
- Crowd control operations
- Staff escort operations
- Monitoring of Council’s security systems
- Security alarm incident response
- Maintenance of Council’s security systems
