District Council of Grant invites Expressions of Interest from Registrants for the provision of a Sinkholes Masterplan and Little Blue Lake Detailed Design within the District Council of Grant. District Council of Grant is testing the market, and may shortlist and negotiate with one or more respondents, and may appoint a preferred supplier without proceeding to an RFT (request for tender).
The purpose of this procurement is to engage an experienced and capable consultant to prepare a detailed Master Plan “Sink Hole Trail Master Plan” and a Little Blue Lake improvements concept design in readiness for progressing to detailed design, that will provide the Council a forward strategy to improve infrastructure, increase tourist visitation and enhance the overall experience at these key sites.
The objective is to unlock the full potential of these destinations through sustainable, and innovative tourism development while in keeping with the natural environmental amenity of the areas.
