Expressions of Interest - Cleaning Contract
The Flinders Ranges Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced cleaning contractors to deliver high-quality cleaning services across Council owned and managed facilities in Quorn.
Key Directions
The contract includes daily servicing of public facilities, scheduled cleaning of community facilities and routine cleaning of Council office buildings. Council will supply all required cleaning equipment and consumables with the contractor maintaining supply levels through internal ordering processes.
This opportunity is suited to contractors with demonstrated experience in public or commercial cleaning environments who can ensure consistent standards, reliability and prompt service delivery. An immediate start is available with a 3-5 year contract being offered.
Scope and Intent
The successful contractor will be responsible for:
Daily cleaning of public toilet facilities
Scheduled cleaning of community facilities
Regular cleaning of Council offices.
All cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided by Council.
