EOI Sale of Council Land - Kensington Park
Derwent Valley Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the purchase of Kensington Park. Proposals should demonstrate intended use of the site, alignment with planning requirements, and potential community benefits.
Conditions of Sale
All proponents must acknowledge that, as a condition of sale, the purchaser will be required to provide the local horse clubs with an entrance from Kensington Road to their facilities, either by way of a licence agreement or a right of way.

• Large, flat parcel of land on the southwest edge of New Norfolk’s residential area
• Frontage to Kensington Street (residential development directly opposite)
• Historically used for equestrian and sporting activities
• Adjacent to New Norfolk High School, State Government-owned equestrian facilities, and farmland.
