CPA/6257. Soldiers Beach SLSC Roof Sheeting & Structural Renewal.
The Soldiers Beach Surf Club roof structure and sheeting is in need of remediation works to reinstate the integrity of the roof structure. This includes, but it is not limited to, replacing roof sheeting, replacing light-weight steel members affected by corrosion, replacing a fascia beam, recoating other roof members affected by corrosion, and treating other steel work to extend the life of the roof structure. The scope includes replacing any other assets located on the roof such as vents, gutters, downpipes and roof anchor points.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
