425-21EOI - Civil Works (Projects) Annual Supply Contract
The Greater Dandenong is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified contractors interested in delivering Civil Construction Projects to the City.
An agreement will be entered into between the Council and the shortlisted Contractor following a subsequent tendering process.
Panel contractors will be eligible to participate in restricted requests for quotes or tenders for individual projects. These projects may include, but are not limited to:
• Road and pavement construction
• Footpath and Shared User Path construction
• Stormwater infrastructure renewal and upgrade
• Earthworks and Retaining wall construction
• Landscaping and streetscape improvements
• Other civil infrastructures
Each project may be supported by detailed design documentation, technical specifications, and project briefs provided by Council.
Panel contractors will be required to submit a lump sum quotation for each project when invited. Any variations arising from latent conditions, approved scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances will be managed under a cost-plus arrangement, with a fixed overhead margin as stipulated in the panel contract agreement.
This panel arrangement aims to streamline procurement, ensure quality and consistency in civil infrastructure delivery, and foster long-term collaboration between Council and its contracting partners.
