Demolition of the building at 9A Blissington Street Springvale, and convert the site to a park / open space including:
– Disconnect services (water, sewer, power and gas)
– Obtain demolition permit and any other relevant permits
– Undertake demolition works
– Make good – Add topsoil and grass seed or turf
– Install boundary fencing (City of Greater Dandenong (CGD) standards)
– Handover to CGD's Parks Department.
