Provision of a replacement modern, integrated and future ready Venue Management System servicing Council’s community venues and sportsground bookings.
Tenderers are expected to demonstrate how their proposed solution will improve operational efficiency and transparency in venue bookings and sportsground allocations; integrate seamlessly with existing Council systems and staff workflows; and improve user and customer experience across the booking process.
