As part of the Gravel Re-Sheet Capital Project, Hepburn Shire Council will engage a contractor for the wet hire of three Truck & Dog Trailers to assist with the delivery of gravel to various locations across the shire.
Gravel will be sourced ex-bin from McClures Quarry in Guildford, with the contractor’s trucks operating in tandem with two Council-owned trucks. Daily operations will commence with the first load ex-quarry at 8:00 AM, and conclude with the final load around 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The engagement is scheduled to run for approximately six weeks, commencing Monday 10th November, with an estimated 800 hours of truck hire required across the three vehicles during this period.
