T26001. Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park Oval Redevelopment Works.
The city seeks the services of an experienced, qualified and licensed Contractor to undertake the redevelopment works for the Ovals at Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park (adjacent to Stonnington Sports Centre).
This Contract encompasses the reconstruction of the two Ovals (East and West) abutting one another to deliver a new, multi purpose and sustainable Sportsground to facilitate a diverse and larger range of Sporting Groups (such as Cricket, Lacrosse and Soccer) and potentially future-proofing for additional sporting groups (such as: AFL, Rugby, Ultimate Frisbee).
The Scope also includes the delivery of the remaining components as outlined within the larger Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park Masterplan and as further specified in the Scope (such as Batting Cages, Fitness Stations, New Pathways around the Ovals, Ball Protection Nets, etc).
The Contractor must hold a commercial builder license to carry out certain components outlined within the scope of works for this Contract.
