Notice of Intention to Sell Land
Warrnambool City Council (Council) gives notice under Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) and Council’s community engagement policy that it intends to sell the following parcels of land:
- 34 Koroit Street, Warrnambool, being the land in certificate of title volume 12084 folio 087;
- 36 Koroit Street, Warrnambool, being the land in certificate of title volume 12084 folio 086;
and
- 38 Koroit Street, Warrnambool, being the land in certificate of title volume 11843 folio 549,
(together, the Land).
Council has obtained a professional valuation from a licensed valuer. The proposal is that the Land be sold by a public expression of interest process for not less than the market value determined by the valuer.
Council has consulted on this proposal in accordance with Council’s community engagement policy and its obligations under the Local Government Act 2020.
