Proposals now welcome for potential land use in Keilor East

Moonee Valley City Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for potential land use at 13 Keilor Park Drive, Keilor East. Council seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and best use of available Council land.
The site is situated on the edge of the carpark area on the vacant lot adjacent to the Italian Community of Keilor building, highlighted in blue in the image above. There are no utilities connected to the site and any invitees are advised that any proposal for the site may be subject to a planning permit.
This EOI process may be the first stage of a multi-stage procurement and planning process. This invitation is not an offer; it is a request for invitees to submit a response for the potential use of Council land. Nothing in this invitation is to be construed as creating any binding contract for the use of Council land (express or implied) between Council and any invitee.
