1511-2026 - Panel for Civil & Drainage Maintenance Works
Council is seeking Tenders to form a panel of suitably qualified and capable Contractors for the provision of Civil and Drainage Maintenance Works on a Schedule of Rates basis to provide all the necessary expertise, labour, materials, plant equipment and process.
For this contract, the works will be set out as separable portions, meaning Tenderers may submit a tender for all required works or only civil or drainage works depending on preference, capacity and capability. Note, traffic management must be included in both categories of works.
Tenderers will be required to submit pricing for all labour, plant, equipment and material required for:
Civil Works
• Maintenance of unsealed roads and open drains
• Maintenance of unsealed Right of Ways (ROW’s)
• Maintenance of unsealed footpaths
Drainage Works
• Road grading including earthworks
• Open drain clearing and maintenance
• Minor landscaping
Traffic Management
• Mandatory, to be completed by all Contractors.
