C365-2026 - Supply of Plant & Equipment (Wet & Dry Hire) and Labour Hire - Panel Contract
Yarriambiack Shire Council is seeking tenders from appropriately experienced Suppliers to form a panel of suppliers for the supply of plant and equipment (wet and dry) and short-term labour hire to support Council’s Capital Works Program as needed at various locations across the Shire.
The arrangement for wet and dry hire services and operators required under this contract is to supplement Council’s own plant, trucks and equipment and or provide additional and specialist plant to enable Council to complete its operational works.
Tenderers are advised that works under this Contract are not guaranteed and will be on an “as required” basis.
The Contract will be awarded for an initial five (5) year period with an option, at Council’s sole discretion, to offer a further two, one-year terms of contract (up to a maximum of seven (7) years).
The Specifications contains a listing of the Plant, Equipment and Labour Hire Council are inviting Suppliers to submit pricing for (both on a wet and dry hire basis). A brief summary of the plant/equipment is a follows:-
- Graders, Bulldozers, Front End Loaders, Backhoe, Water Carts, Trucks & Trailers, Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steer Loaders, Elevated Work Platform, Site Amenities, Labour Hire - Plant Operator & General Labourer.
Rates are sought for short, medium, long and extended terms.
