2026/297 - Council Rooms AV Refresh - Expression of Interest
Mildura Rural City Council is calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to provide a solution for a refresh of the existing audio and video (AV) conferencing equipment in the Deakin Council Chambers.
The scope of this project is currently open for the supply and implementation of a fully refreshed and integrated audio and video system that will provide the functionality required for two meeting rooms to work both individually as separate meeting rooms, and together as one open linked room meeting space with combined configurations. When the rooms are used together, they combine to become known as the Deakin Council Chambers used for a variety of meeting purposes including the live streaming of Council’s monthly meetings to YouTube.
