There are two distinct phases in the performance of the scope of work described in this Specification Document (the design, installation and commissioning of the Parking Management System, and the ongoing support during the operation of this PMS). Therefore, there are two separate contracts entered into at the time of award to the successful tenderer:
a) A Minor Works Construction Contract; and
b) A Services Contract.
