Expressions of Interest: Audit Committee roles
The City of South Perth is calling for expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join its Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee as independent Presiding and Deputy Presiding Members.
This presents a unique opportunity to play a significant role in strengthening the City’s governance, financial oversight and risk management practices.
The committee provides vital support to Council across key areas including financial reporting, internal controls, corporate planning, audit processes and ethical accountability.
Members will serve a term of up to two years, concluding in October 2027, with quarterly meetings held at 6pm on the second Tuesday of each month at the City’s Council Chambers.
