T25/8 - Construction of the McLarty Sports Pavilion - New Changerooms and Alterations to the existing Enzo Menara Changerooms
The Principal wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and resourced contractor to undertake the Construction of the McLarty Sport Pavilion (New Changerooms) and Alterations to the Enzo Menara Changerooms and associated works. The works are fully detailed within the Specification and Appendices.
The extent of the tender package is as indicated within Appendix A to J. It includes carrying out all work necessary for the construction for proper completion as shown within the relevant Appendix and described in the Specification, Notes and Schedules. There will be a requirement to undertake improvements to the servicing of the site, and this will need to be fully understood to align with construction delivery.
The site is located at the Sir Ross McLarty Oval on Roe Avenue, Pinjarra 6208 Western Australia.
