Involves construction of a 400 sq m precast / tilt up concrete shed with continuous profiled metal roof sheeting, to incorporate wood and metal workshop areas, small office / ancillary areas, plus services including hydraulics, electrical, evaporative cooling and dust extraction system. External areas include earthworks, drainage to a stormwater cell system, 31 asphalt carparking bays, fencing and carpark lighting.
Project duration is 40 weeks.
