Expressions of Interest - Feature lighting
Programmable feature lighting is available across various locations in the City and provide a colourful and interactive visitor experience.
Eligible organisations are invited to request lighting to promote days of significance, appeals and associated events. Locations include:
• Mindeerup
• Old Mill
• Angelo St
• Welwyn Ave
• Moresby Reserve
This includes two significant local landmarks: Mindeerup (Min-dee-rup), the gateway to South Perth and located at the intersection of South Perth Esplanade and Mends Street, and the Old Mill, built in 1835 and located in Melville Place.
Application Process and Notification Period
Expressions of Interest are invited for the subsequent calendar year. Subsequently, the applications will be assessed by the City and applicants will be notified of the outcome in December. All other requests received outside of this period will be considered at the discretion of the City.
Costs incurred for lighting requests that require additional programming will be passed on to the applicant.
