Expression of Interest: Artwork for Waste Services Trucks
The City of Bunbury is inviting First Nations artists from the South West region to submit an expression of interest to create artwork for four Waste Services trucks, including three brand new trucks. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a public-facing visual identity that celebrates sustainability, culture, and connection to Country.
About the opportunity
The commissioned artwork will form the foundation of a vehicle wrap design, developed in collaboration with a graphic designer. We’re looking for designs that reflect:
• Ocean, waterways, and coastal landscapes
• Native flora and fauna
• Traditional patterns and artistic motifs
• Themes of sustainability and cultural connection
This opportunity is intentionally offered to First Nations artists as part of the City’s ongoing commitment to reconciliation, cultural representation, and respectful engagement with Traditional Owners. The commissioned artwork will celebrate connection to Country and reflect the cultural significance of our region, ensuring these stories are shared meaningfully with our community
