RFT 2025-09-HRS - Provision and installation of a new 3 bed prefabricated dwelling at 10 Bedford Road, Halls Creek
The Shire of Halls Creek invites submissions from suitable qualified and experienced contractors for the procurement, delivery and installation of a freestanding 3 x 1 Bedroom dwelling, or construction of similar dwelling in situ, at the Shire of Halls Creek Depot located at 10 Bedford Road, Lot 74 on DP187897, Halls Creek. The new dwelling to be connected to existing services, which includes water, wastewater septic system, electric power and phone lines.
Halls Creek Townsite is located in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia, 362km south of Kununurra and 2873km north-east of Perth on the Great Northern Highway. This project is exempt from planning requirements. The Shire will work with the successful tenderer to comply with the requirements of the Building Act 2011.
An existing derelict dwelling on site is being demolished by a local contractor.
