Request for Tender 10 of 2025 - Northam Airport Upgrade
Tenders are invited for the Northam Airport Upgrade.
The Shire of Northam invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the design and construction of a new airport hangar apron and fuel taxiway at the Northam Airfield located at 105 Withers Street, Northam, Western Australia. The works will be undertaken under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract framework in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) requirements, and local government specifications.
The Project is a government funded project, which the estimated construction cost of the project is to be a maximum of $650,000 (Ex GST).
The project comprises the design and construction of approximately 8,500 m² aircraft hangar apron and a 1,500 m² fuel taxiway to service existing and future hangar developments at Northam Airport. The works shall ensure compliance with all aerodrome design standards (including Line marking requirements), provide appropriate pavement strength and drainage, and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.
