RFT40/2025 (RFT 40/2025). Success Netball Courts Resurfacing.
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) requires the resurfacing of the existing acrylic surface netball courts located at 359 Hammond Road, Success, WA, 6164.
The facility is currently home to the Success Netball Association. The Success Netball Courts play a vital role in supporting local sport and recreation within the City of Cockburn, hosting regular training sessions, weekend competitions, and community events throughout the year.
All services shall be executed to the satisfaction of the Principal’s Representative in strict accordance with the Contract, this Specification, and the Contracted Schedule of Rates along with any work instruction issued by the Principal’s Representative.
The Specification is to be read in the context it is written and will be the basis upon which the Contractor is to achieve an acceptable standard and level of service.
The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of contract award, with a 12 month defects liability period upon the completion of works. The Contract is expected to commence in February 2026.
