EOI: Invitation to Lease 5 De Boni Street, Carnarvon
The Shire of Carnarvon invites Expressions of Interest to lease a Shire-owned property at 5 De Boni Street, Carnarvon. The building, formerly used as an Ambulance Station comprises of approximately 279m² of potential combined office and workshop/storage space.
The property is proposed to be let on an 'as is' basis; with electrical and water services currently disconnected. The Shire makes no warranties; any alterations or improvements would need to comply with any necessary licensing or planning requirements and approvals.
The Shire welcomes proposals for the lease of the site from individuals, organisations, or service providers who can demonstrate a viable Commercial use that delivers benefits to the community.
Interested parties are required to provide the following in their submission:
• An overview of the intended use of the property
• A proposed lease term (plus any options)
• Rental offer per annum
• Relevant experience or organisational background
• Description of community, economic, or service benefit
Please note, the Shire is not bound to accept any proposal and may negotiate with preferred proponents. The lease will be subject to Council approval under Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
