When a tender is advertised it can be given one of three levels of exposure to suppliers.

SUB  Default Exposure

Only Tenders.Net subscribers can view and respond.

REG  Publicly Available

Anyone with a free access can view and respond.

INV  Selective / Invited

Only your invited suppliers can view and respond.
