Resending a Tender Invitation


If a supplier you have invited to a Selective Tender has not received, or has lost their Tender Invitation email which includes their custom username and password a Tender Editor can resend it to them.

Resent invitations will go to the exact same email address for the supplier when they were originally invited. To use a different email address either edit the supplier details or create a new supplier record.

In the Manage Your Tenders hub list of Current Tenders the relevant Selective Tender will have a Suppliers icon Suppliers icon in the Actions field. Clicking on this will go to the list of invited suppliers.

Next to each listed supplier will be the Email icon Email icon action that will send of a new invitation email.
