Opportunities that an Advertiser has not yet completed advertising will appear under the Incomplete Tenders list. Advertisers can finish advertising an Incomplete Tender at any time.
Unlike Delayed Tenders an Incomplete Tender will never be released automatically to suppliers. Advertisers must complete advertising the opportunity via the Add Tender Wizard first.
