This is our recommended tender box for organisations that require electronic forms/documents to be submitted. It also allows the tendering firm to require encrypting files or providing digital signatures with their submissions.
Suppliers can submit one or more files as part of their submission and are given a confirmation for each file sucessfully uploaded.
The files are securely stored on our system, locked with the Tender Box Password provided when the tender was advertised, until the closing date/time after which they are then made available for download by the Tender Advertiser. This password is not accessible to Tenders.Net staff.
