Supplier-Secured File Submission

This tender box is being phased out, but is still a supported option if using our legacy Add Tender wizard.

The Supplier-Secured File Submission tender box differs from the standard "Suppliers Upload Submission Files" tender box in that it expects that the submittor will be submitting a single file that is encrypted by the submittor. The digital key to the submitted file can be provided to the Tender Advertisers separately or as part of the submission process.

The submitting company must use either the software program specified by the tendering firm, or a widely available software program such as PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) that will allow a file to be locked using a password or encrypted using an encryption key.

If the digital key was included in the supplier's submission, it will be kept secure by Tenders.Net until the tender has closed after which it will be made available to the Tender Advertiser along with the submission file.
