This is also known as a Reverse Auction tender box. This tender box maybe suitable for submissions with an estimated low value and requiring no documentation and security.
When suppliers make a submission they are shown the amounts of the lowest, highest and latests bids submitted into the tender box. Identifying details about the submittors are kept anonymous, only prices are shown.
Suppliers can only have one active submission per tender box for their access. If they need to make multiple submissions they may need to register again with a different email address.
After the tender closes, the Tender Advertiser will be given the full details of all submissions and their relevant contact details.
