Document Access Charge


When uploading documentation files for suppliers to download, you are able to place a charge for suppliers access to them. This can be used to offset the cost to create the documentation.

If you decide to place a document access charge you will be asked to specify the cost and the credit cards you will as payment methods. Other payment methods are not currently supported.

Tenders.Net will only collect payment information. You are responsible for processing and collecting payments and dealing with invalid payment details.

When suppliers go to download your documents that you have placed an access charge on it they will be first asked to provide payment details which will then be forwarded onto the Admin Notification Recipients for processing. Suppliers will only be required to pay once for accessing your documentation.
