You can specify other Registered Advertisers within your council, organisation or company's account with Tenders.Net to also have the ability to manage the tenders you advertise. This is specified on a per-tender basis.
Specifying another tender editor will help cover situations where the advertiser is unavailable to make required changes or to open the tender box, perhaps due to being sick or on vacation. If there is a committee in charge of the tender they might all be required to managed it.
When you advertise a tender, the Administration page will list all available users to select as a Tender Editor. If someone is not listed you will need to contact us to have them set up.
Tender Editors can do everything that the Tender Owner can with two exceptions:
1) they cannot delete the tender; and
2) they cannot specify other Tender Editors.
As the Tender Box Password cannot be retrieved from Tenders.Net, they will also be required to get the password from the Tender Owner directly.
